Two days in Paris – The Itinerary

Paris, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the city of love, beauty, lights, romance, culture, style etc. You can see so much in Paris, and experience it from the Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées to cruises on the river Seine, whatever you see and feel and touch will leave an incredible mark on you. However, in two days you can experience Paris in the way you couldn’t imagine.

Two Days in

Day 1

Champs-Élysées

Where to go and what to do first? One of the first stops that you must visit in Paris is of course Champs-Élysées, and it is also called “the world’s most beautiful avenue”. While walking along the avenue, you can see the past, the present and the future of Paris. There are a lot of theatres, cafés, shops of any kind, restaurants, etc. If you are in Paris on July 14th, you will feel what it’s like to be in the middle of a celebration on the famous Bastille Day.

Rue de Rivoli

After a long walk, you appear at the famous Rue de Rivoli. It is one of the most famous streets in Paris, which is famous for its all kinds of shops, especially the ones with famous fashion designers. The buildings are beautiful, from modern to classic, and while you’re sightseeing you can make a pause and sit down for a cup of coffee in a bistro.

Le Marais

After finishing your coffee, you should take a metro and the next stop should be Le Marais. It is famous for its beautiful buildings of historic and architectural importance. The streets are small, made of cobblestone, full of bars, restaurants, hotels, shops, boutiques of famous fashion designers, museums, galleries, etc. Like everything is just in one place. If you get hungry you should stop by and eat at La’s du Fallafel . It is famous for its fast service, and always having a line in front of it. There you can eat kosher, Middle Eastern food and sandwiches, with huge portions at a great price. I recommend either a lamb shawarma or a good old falafel. Yum!

Day 2

The Eiffel Tower

You wake up, you feel great and excited and you want to continue your sightseeing of Paris, but first you need to have a French breakfast. You should have a classic baguette butter and croissants and of course a cup of coffee to continue your route. First stop is the Eiffel Tower, which is on the Champ de Mars. There are three levels for visitors where you also have restaurants on the first and second floor. You can go by stairs or even by an elevator, it is your choice. While you are on the tower you can just sit down and relax and have a cup of coffee or even try some famous French wine.

The cruise

Second stop should be the cruise on the river Seine. While the Seine flows through the center of Paris, you can see almost the whole city with its famous monuments, buildings, beautiful landscapes and you can experience the city with the most wonderful cruise in France. While cruising down the river, you will see Norman Castles, the Palace of Versailles, Rouen, and the Landing Beaches. Just imagine, while sipping your wine or coffee, you can look at the most beautiful landscapes, listen to music, experience the past, the romanticism, etc.

If you go to Paris, you can experience everything, from beautiful avenues, monuments and buildings to famous restaurants, bars and nightclubs – basically everything just in one city, like it is a country for itself. Everybody who visited Paris fell in love with it. Even if you are not a romantic person, after visiting it, you will become one, because Paris is love.
